Wyoming wind damage - ongoing battle with insurer

The wind in Wyoming is relentless and its done cumulative damage to our siding and roof. Insurance says wind damage needs to be from a specific "event" not general weathering.

How do you even prove a specific wind event when its always windy here? Does Wyoming have any specific rules about wind damage claims? Feeling like were uninsurable for the primary risk we face.
