Workers comp doctor says Im fine but Im clearly not

Hurt my back at work 3 months ago. Workers comp assigned me a doctor who spent maybe 5 minutes with me and said I can return to full duty. Im still in serious pain and cant lift anything over 20 lbs.

Can I see my own doctor? Will workers comp pay for it? I feel like their doctor is just trying to close my case as fast as possible.
