What I learned from my commercial auto nightmare

Just finished dealing with a commercial auto claim that dragged on way longer than it should have. Posting what i wish i knew going in.

First off, take video of everything before you touch anything. i cleaned up some stuff thinking i was being helpful and they used it against me.

Second, get your own estimate. Their adjuster is working for them, not you.
