Virginia flood zones changing - now required to have insurance

FEMA remapped our neighborhood and now were in a flood zone requiring flood insurance for our mortgage. Weve never flooded in 20 years of living here.

Can I fight this in Virginia? The cost is adding $200/month to our housing costs for something that doesnt seem like a real risk. What are the options?
