Utah earthquake insurance - Salt Lake area

The Wasatch Fault runs right through the valley and weve been told the big one is overdue. Looking into earthquake insurance but the quotes are all over the place.

Utah homeowners - do you have earthquake coverage? Whats a reasonable premium for the Salt Lake area? The deductibles seem really high (like 15%) which makes me wonder if its even worth it.
