Tree removal coverage in Connecticut - surprising win

Big tree fell in our yard during a storm but didnt hit anything - just blocked the driveway completely. I assumed insurance wouldnt cover removal since there was no structural damage.

Turns out our policy (Travelers) had $1000 for debris removal even if no covered damage occurred. The whole removal cost $1400 so we only paid $400 out of pocket. Check your policy - this might be buried in there.
