PSA for Alabama homeowners - Citizens now writing policies here

Just wanted to share for anyone struggling to find homeowners insurance in Alabama - Citizens Property Insurance started writing policies in the state last year. My previous insurer dropped me after one claim and I was having a really hard time finding coverage.

The premiums arent cheap but at least its coverage. Apparently a lot of insurers have been leaving the Gulf Coast states.
