Permafrost heaving destroying my foundation - claim denied in Alaska

This is a nightmare. The permafrost under our house has been shifting due to warmer temps and our foundation is cracking. Insurance says its "earth movement" and excluded.

Does anyone know if theres any coverage options in Alaska for permafrost damage? Ive been reading that this is becoming a huge problem up here and nobody seems to have answers.

Were looking at $80k+ in foundation repairs and insurance wont budge.
