Pennsylvania mine subsidence insurance - do I need it?

Buying a house in western PA and my realtor mentioned mine subsidence insurance. The house isnt near any active mines that I know of but apparently theres old mines everywhere underground.

Is this worth getting? How common are actual mine subsidence claims in PA? Seems like another insurance upsell but also dont want to risk it.
