Missouri earthquake insurance - is it worth it?

We live near the New Madrid fault line and Ive been debating earthquake insurance. The premiums seem high for something that "probably wont happen" but if the big one hits...

Anyone in Missouri have earthquake coverage? Whats the deductible like? Trying to decide if its worth adding to our homeowners.
