Marshall Fire claim still not settled - its been over a year

Lost everything in the Marshall Fire and my insurance company is STILL dragging their feet on the claim. Were living in a rental, the lot is cleared, but they keep finding reasons to delay payment.

Does Colorado have any laws about timely claim settlement? I read something about 60 days but my insurer seems to ignore that. Considering hiring a public adjuster or attorney at this point.

Total loss was around $650k and weve only received about $200k so far for ALE and partial structure.
