Flood insurance in eastern Kentucky - still recovering from 2022

The 2022 floods in eastern Kentucky wiped us out and NFIP has been a nightmare to deal with. Were two years out and still fighting about contents coverage.

Anyone know if Kentucky has any state-level assistance for flood victims? The federal programs seem maxed out and insurance isnt covering everything. The community is still struggling hard.
