Finally got my renters insurance payout

After 4 months of back and forth my renters insurance claim finally settled. Wanted to say thanks to everyone here who gave advice.

Ended up getting about 85% of what I was asking for which my contractor says is pretty good. Not perfect but I can finally start repairs.
