Delaware beaches - struggling with flood and wind coverage

Just bought a place in Rehoboth area and the insurance situation is a nightmare. Need separate flood insurance (fine, expected that) but also finding out that wind coverage is either excluded or has huge deductibles.

Are there any Delaware specific programs for coastal wind coverage? Or is everyone just accepting 5% wind deductibles down here?
