Contractor recommendations for uninsured motorist?

Need to get estimates for my uninsured motorist damage before the adjuster comes. Anyone have advice on finding contractors who know how to work with insurance claims?

Some people are saying I need someone who can write a proper scope of work. Not sure what that means exactly.
