Atlanta tornado claim - full roof replacement approved

That tornado that came through east Atlanta in March hit our neighborhood. Initially adjuster said they would only patch but I pushed back hard with documentation.

What worked: got a roofing company that does insurance claims to inspect and document that repairs wouldnt meet code. In Georgia apparently if repairs dont meet current code they have to do full replacement. Ended up with full roof replacement approved, about $22k.
